AI is an accelerator. Experience is the need. I’m a creative director and designer with 18 years of experience across agency and in-house leadership. The tools have changed. (They always do.) The hard part hasn’t. Knowing what a business needs. Building dynamic creative experiences that generate measurable results. Leading teams through ambiguous, high-stakes work. That experience takes years to develop, and no tool replaces it. I use AI to generate meaningful results quickly. Faster exploration. Sharper iteration. More rigorous, systematic delivery. I’ve integrated it across the full arc of my practice—from discovery to delivery. The result: the depth of a seasoned creative director, operating at a pace and scale that wasn't possible before.

Experience

I’ve led agency and in-house creative teams. As co-founder and principal at Form& and Grammar, I led large-scale brand identity and systems work for companies ranging from IBM to eBay to early-stage startups, working directly with business leaders at inflection points where the creative stakes were real.

At Dashlane, I led Dash Creative, an in-house creative team, overseeing talent, operations, culture, and the creative infrastructure that enabled a fast-moving company to express itself consistently at scale.

I know how to read a room, build consensus across functions, and maintain a high bar for creativity without losing sight of business goals.
